An all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu course using Nagasaki Prefecture brand pork [SPF Hoju Pork] and beef.Enjoy our mellow, melt-in-your-mouth pork shabu-shabu with three types of sauce: our special rich sesame sauce, our special umami broth for pork shabu-shabu, and our light, carefully sourced ponzu sauce.
